We may list our properties via online booking sites such as airbnb, any properties that are available for a month or more may be rented directly from us. Due to constantly changing and confusing tax laws, we cannot assure that you will not be charged taxes by airbnb that you are not really required to pay. Although you may be able to get a refund of these taxes by going to the taxing authority, we cannot guarantee it. Thus, we recommend that you book directly with us. When doing so, you must qualify by undergoing an online credit/background check ($40). You must also pay a deposit and the first month/weeks rent in advance.
One other advantage of renting with us directly: We allow you to pay weekly, while airbnb will require you to pay monthly.
